Thank you for shopping with Here & Now Creations. Every piece is handmade in Iowa and packed with care so it arrives ready to wear.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

  • Standard - $5.99 on orders under $50
  • Standard - Free on orders $50 and up
  • Express - $15.00

Rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

These are typical transit times after your order ships (USPS estimates, not guarantees):

  • Standard: about 2-5 business days
  • Express: about 1-3 business days

Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can add time.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the package is scanned. If tracking shows "delivered" and you don't have it within 48 hours, contact us and we'll help look into it.

Packaging 

Jewelry is packed in a padded mailer or small box so stones and stretch cord are protected in transit.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address, including your apartment or unit number, before you place the order. We can change an address only if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged). Please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier on a claim, replacement, or refund.

Holidays and busy periods

Carriers run slower around major holidays. If you need a piece by a specific date, order a little early. We'll note any extra processing time on the site if it changes.
