By placing an order with Here & Now Creations, you agree to these terms.
Products
Items are handmade with natural gemstones. Color, pattern, inclusions, and exact size can vary from photos. That variation is part of the stone, not a defect.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is listed in error, is out of stock, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel, you'll receive a refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
Shipping
See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where we are responsible for damage or a packing error as described in our Return policy.

Intellectual property
Store content, photos, and descriptions belong to Here & Now Creations and may not be copied for resale or other commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
